Industry Introduction:

Electrolytes should be good ion conductors and electronic insulators, mainly consisting of three components: lithium salts, organic solvents, and additives. Among them, organic solvents are the basis of electrolytes, mainly divided into conventional solvents such as cyclic carbonates (TFPC, PC, EC), linear carbonates (DMC, DEC), as well as new solvents such as carboxylic acid esters and sulfite esters. Due to the advantages of high dielectric constant, good electrochemical stability, and high compatibility with graphite negative electrodes, carbonate solvents are currently the mainstream solvents used in commercial batteries.


With the development of power batteries, the impact of electrolytes on battery safety is receiving increasing attention. Common non solid state lithium-ion battery electrolytes are based on flammable solvents, so optimizing the quality of the electrolyte can reduce safety hazards caused by short circuits.

1) The glove box equipment is integrated with the reaction kettle, allowing for timely sampling and analysis, effectively controlling quality;

2) PLC control, touch screen operation is simple and convenient, and real-time monitoring of running moisture and oxygen values of 0.1PMM is possible;

3) The overall explosion-proof design ensures the safety of the explosion-proof workshop;

4) The entire process has achieved a non-moisture and non-oxygen operating environment, rather than a single point environment control;

5) The overall design adopts a modular approach, making maintenance very convenient in the later stage;
